Metcon-X is a high-performance Strength & Conditioning class that fuses SGPT-style coaching with the energy of our Metcon sessions. Each class combines intentional strength and skill development with challenging conditioning pieces, designed to build power, improve technique, and elevate overall performance. Expect smart programming, focused coaching, and workouts that push you to move better and train harder. Olympic lifting, gymnastic skill work, barbell & dumbbell proficiency.

Each class combines running, engine work, and functional strength movements to build endurance, efficiency, and repeatable output. Sessions are coached, scalable for all levels, and focused on helping you train with purpose — whether you’re new to HYROX or chasing a faster race time.

MOBILITY

Our MOBILITY workshops are designed to help you move better, aid recovery & prevent injury. Instructed by an ART/myofascial release specialist coach, you'll be shown how to trigger point and mobilise your body efficiently & safely, using specialist techniques utilising trigger point tools, resistance bands & more. We guarantee you'll walk away from this session feeling brand new.
